These terms apply to the Synthera Peptides website and purchases made through it. Research materials are supplied exclusively for laboratory research by qualified professionals. Available certificates of analysis or batch documentation may be requested at contact@syntherapeptides.com. Include the product name and, where available, the batch or lot number. Documentation availability varies by product and batch. Analytical results do not establish safety or suitability for human or veterinary use.
Order Acceptance
Submitting an order or receiving an automated acknowledgment does not guarantee acceptance or availability. Orders are subject to payment confirmation, stock availability, and eligibility review. We may limit quantities or decline or cancel orders for legitimate reasons, including suspected fraud, pricing errors, legal restrictions, or an unsuitable intended use.
If we cancel an order we cannot fulfill, we will notify you and refund the amount paid for the canceled items. Customer cancellation requests are handled under our Returns & Refunds policy.
Pricing, Availability & Shipping
Review the product, quantity, pack selection, price, shipping charges, and applicable taxes before submitting your order. The checkout total is the amount presented for payment. Catalog prices and availability may change; changes do not automatically alter an already accepted order.
If a material pricing or listing error affects an order, we will contact you before fulfillment to explain the options rather than charge an increased amount without your approval. Shipping and delivery estimates are not guarantees. If we cannot ship within the applicable promised timeframe, we will provide the delay or refund options required by law.
